What is an On Construction Domestic Energy Performance Certificate (OCEPC)?

On Construction Domestic Energy Performance Certificate – (OCEPC sometimes referred to as EPC) is a measure of the energy performance of a newly built home.

Why must I have an OCEPC?

Building Control require an OCEPC before they will sign off a newly completed dwelling.This also applies to buildings that have a change of use, for example from offices to flats. RdSap, used for when selling or letting a residential property are not allowed for buildings of this type.
