PassivHaus

What is PassivHaus?

Put simply PassivHaus is the most comprehensive low energy, low carbon design standard there is. It’s a voluntary standard, which originated from Germany in the 1990s, but it is growing in popularity in the UK. Its central principle of minimising heat loss is arguably the most cost effective way to achieve a low carbon building.
